Excellent for a quick preparation of milk froth for cappuccino,cafe latte, hot chocolate etc.
Heat milk (ideally whole/semi-skimmed) to 60C and pour it into a high narrow vessel
Submerge the whisk into the milk turn it on and whisk until the froth becomes thick (15 to 20 seconds)
Turn the whisk off before removing it from the milk froth
